Nurse Nic's Family Healthcare was founded in Crystal River in 2024, and is truly a family affair. 

​​Nicole's daughter Bianca is the receptionist, her sister Destiny is the phlebotomist, and her friends Heather and Mary are the medical assistant and office manager.

We are a self pay office. This means we do not bill insurance. However, we have out of network forms available at our office that allow you to request reimbursement from your insurance company. Your initial visit is $250, which includes an exam and labs. After becoming an established patient, each additional visit is $100.
