Nurse Nic's is a Family Primary Care Office.  It was established to be a self pay office, but has recently decided to accept a select few insurances for payment: Blue Cross Blue Shield,  Sunshine Health, and  FL Community Care. 

We have out of network forms to request reimbursement from other insurance companies .

Nicole Reed is the only provider at this time.  She is an autonomous family nurse practitioner, which gives her minimal limitations without the oversight of a doctor.  However, she is in close contact with other providers for support.
